With over 20 years of experience in professional teaching, licensed counseling, and business consulting, Heather Fields is a dedicated faith-based Coach committed to guiding couples toward thriving relationships. She holds two Master’s degrees and has spent her career blending psychological insight with spiritual wisdom to help couples build resilience, connection, and growth on a strong biblical foundation.
Married for more than 30 years to her high school sweetheart, Heather is also a proud empty nester and grandmother (“Gigi”). Her personal and professional journey inspires her to walk alongside couples as they navigate life’s challenges, deepen their connection, and cultivate enduring love.

Heather is also the co-founder of Connexion Worldwide and has extensive experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Coach. She has worked across the United States and internationally, helping individuals and teams reach their highest potential. From serving women in India to supporting Middle East refugees in Europe, her passion for building healthy leaders and communities has taken her across the globe.
Heather holds an MS in School Psychology from Duquesne University and an MS in Clinical Counseling from Mount Mary University. She has also served as a spiritual advisor and coach to diplomats
When Heather isn’t coaching or consulting, you can often find her adventuring with her husband John, whether rock climbing in Red River Gorge, Kentucky, writing her book The Sacred Space of 208, or enjoying time with her children and grandchildren.
